There are 4 suspension settings on these vehicles, 3 of the settings can be adjusted manually. 1. Access height, 2. Normal height, 3. Off-road height, 4. the last setting is automatic and only if the vehicle feels that it is needed to adjust the suspension to extended off road height. The lift rods alter the reading, causing the suspension to raise the vehicle from standard height to off-road mode. This allows you to travel at speeds over 40km/h without the vehicle lowering. This gives a massive advantage on overlanding roads that have ruts where a higher setting is required. The off-road setting will higher the vehicle to extended height for ultimate ground clearance.
